He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard and Hazel; his wife Georgia; his children, Marc and Marcy; his children-in-law, Panrada and Pete; his grandchildren, Nico and Ruby; and his sister Margaret. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Donations in memory of Roger may be made to the American Red Cross, Disabled American Veterans or to the Otsego Public Schools Foundation.
