He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Powers and Eva Powers (Corrie); his wife Brenda Grauman; and his brothers, James, Ron and Don.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Powers (Mary) of Grand Rapids, Jerrie Matthews (Tom) of Otsego and Tim Powers (Susan) of Otsego; his grandchildren, Ashley Humphries (Richard), Brian Powers, Andrea Schwab (Derek), Matt Matthews, Kevin Matthews (Melissa), Jenna Leyndyke (Matthew), Bobby Matthews (Alexandra Bennett), Veronica Powers, Jessica Powers and Sabrina Powers; and his sisters, Linda Nash (Tom) and Mary Powers. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
