He was predeceased by: his parents, William Downing and Josephine Downing (Haulter). He is survived by: his daughter Linda Stuber (Bob); and his stepchildren, Kim Reed (Craig) and Tim VanderPloeg (Jane). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
