He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Baker and Irene Baker (Johnson); his son Troy; his great grandchild Zharielle; his brother Gerald Baker; and his parents-in-law, Gerald and Jane Tice (Goodall).
He is survived by: his wife Paula Tice; his daughter Lisa Caldwell (Jon); his grandchildren, Destiny, Trent, Marissa Baker, Jonathan and Noah Caldwell; his great grandchildren, Elijah and Gabriel; and his sister Sharon Myers (Dean).
