He was predeceased by: his parents, George Herbert and Joyce Herbert (Wilcox). He is survived by: his spouse Kaye Mills; his daughters, Nichole Heil (Kevin) and Andrea Maxwell (Shawn); and his grandchildren, Lucas, Isabela, Annabella, Saree, Madeline, Owen, Olivia, Ian and Elizabeth.

In lieu of flowers contributions in memory of Mike may be made to St. Michael Lutheran School.
