Martha Jean Phelps Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Burkett and Glenna Burkett (Worden); her daughter Laureen Jean; and her brother Wendell Burkett. She is survived by: her husband Ron Phelps; her children, Lee Slentz (Maria), Melissa Hucko (Jeffery) and Ronnie Phelps; her grandchildren, Stephanie Hucko (Alec), Charles Oisten, Alyssa Hucko (Jared) and Jasmine Hopkins (Trevor); her great grandchild Bianca Hopkins; her sister Rita Arnsman (Jim); and her sister-in-law Dee Burkett.

Contributions in memory of Jean may be made to Otsego Church of God for children's ministries which will include Warner Memorial Youth Camp.
