She is survived by: her daughter Kristi Cushman (Chuck) of Plainwell; her grandchildren, Phillip, Alecia, Chase, Emma and Carter; and her siblings, Angela Belden (Don) of Allegan, Alice Riddlington (Roger) of Allegan, Ernest Coffey (Sharon) of Allegan and Art Coffey of Hamilton.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Martha may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
