He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Folk and Ruth Folk (Robinson); his daughter Linda; his brothers, Robert, Norman and Sam; and his stepfather Ernest Licht.
He is survived by: his children, David Folk (Terri), Diane Jones (Dean) and Kevin Folk (Doreen); his grandchildren, Tony, Kris, Pat, Tom, Mike, Jeff and Lauren; his siblings, Alan Folk (Ethel), William Folk (Carol) and Gloria Chency; his siblings-in-law, Millie Folk, Karl Mott (Linda) and Lyle Selby; and his children, Nicholas and Emily.
