He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bevins and Louise Bevins (Salyers); and his brother John Bevins II. He is survived by: his wife Lorie Hodges; his daughter L. Katie Bevins; his brother Jim Bevins (Sharon); and his brother-in-law Edward Hodges. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
