He is survived by: his wife Esther Sweeney; his stepdaughter Debi Steele (Jeff); his daughter Shari Madagame; his stepsons, Brian Boettcher, John Foote (Christy) and Michael Foote (Audrey); his grandchildren, Drew Ostby, Amber Malbouef, Andrea Hublick, Kenneth Wolthuis (Gwen), Jacob McCaffrey, Dakota Oatman, Natasha Hoogerhyde and Matt Hoogerhyde; his great grandchildren, Kylee Smith, Ashlee Harper, Aaron Harper, Madison Curry, Abigail Curry, Wesley Wolthuis, Jaxon Wolthuis, Wyatt Ostby, Riley Ostby, Devin, Ravin and Noah Saldana; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Rick Counterman and Glenda Pillars. He is also survived by 14 step-grandchildren.
