She was predeceased by: her parents, John Seekman and Winnie Seekman (Zoet); her former husband Charles Groen; her husband Willard Button; her daughter Krista Groen; and her sibling According.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Hahn (Groen) of Otsego; and her sister Dorothy Hunt of Otsego. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren.
