He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kruithoff and Margaret Kruithoff (Clawson); his former wife Betty Arnsman; and his brothers, Gerald and Ronald Kruithoff.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Johnson; his children, Karinda Holland, Lori Niffenegger (Chris), Chad Kruithoff (Anne) and Scott Kruithoff (Heather); his stepchildren, Jennifer Miller (Scott), David Clark (Stacey) and Jessica Clark; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Kathryn (Caleb Holland), Jacob (Lindsey Niffenegger), Calvin (Hayden Kruithoff), Morgan, Emma (Owen Kruithoff), Josh (Megan Miller), Mackenzie Clark, Celina Wamser (Clay) and Christian Clark; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Landen Ewing, Andrew, Adaline Wamser and Sigfried Skiles.
Those attending are encouraged to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines.
