It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janis A. Zimmerman of Otsego, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on April 22, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fry and Clara Fry (McFarland). She is survived by: her children, Sharon Dufon (Harold), Douglas Zimmerman and Bruce Zimmerman (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Melissa Weinert (Jim), Jason Thompson (Kristina), Amanda Beckett (Rob), Ashley Reedy, Scot Zimmerman (Ashley), Katie Storbeck (Justin), Jocelyn Jenkins (Brice), Morgan Zimmerman and Colleen Cerda (Russell); and her sister Judith Ross of Kalamazoo. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
