She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Smith and Winifred Smith (Stapert); and her stepdaughter Sue Ann Curry. She is survived by: her husband James Leonard; her children, Deb Merlau (Dennis) of Delton, Sheri Fountain (Joe) of Virginia and Larry Zuiderveen (Joyce) of Otsego; her stepsons, Mike Leonard (Julie) of Allegan and Randy Leonard (Annette) of Kalamazoo; her grandchildren, Denise, Daniel, Diana, Dustin, Benjamin, Jonathon, Melissa, Jacob, Josiah, Joel, Abbie, Lisa, Nicole, Jimmy, David, Emily, Lindsey, Tony, Amy and Dravin; and her sisters, Kay Gesch (Willy), Barb Michaels (Chuck) and Brenda Perton (Mike) of Grand Haven. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Masks are recommended for indoor services.
