He was predeceased by: his grandmother Mary Smalley. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Smalley and Rebecca Smalley (Johnson); his siblings, Jillian Hickson (Jason), Kelly Potter (Brian), Stephen, Janae, Jalynn, Jacobi and Jasmine Williams; his nieces and nephews, Ethan, Ella, Kaitlyn and Brooklyn; and his grandparents, Richard, Wanita Johnson, Herbert Smalley, Byron and Brenda James. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
