She was predeceased by: her parents, William Axam and Alice Axam (Daniels); her husband Donald DuBois; her son John; and her siblings, Tom, Doug, Mae and Dolly.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Rayburn (Wayne), Tracey Hurdelbrink (Rick) and Julie Smith (Mike); her grandchildren, Cari Milhiem (Brent), Kellie Lemmer (Paul), Whitney Reed, Abbie Lietzke (Brad), Jessica Lewis (Jacob), Jennifer Lieber (Tim), Ethan and Evan Hermenitt; her sister-in-law Mary Ellen Woodstock; her niece Laura Riddell; and her nephews, Vic (Sandra) of England and Mike (Jan) of England. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Contributions in memory of Bella may be made to the First Congregational Church of Otsego.
