She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Harry Thomas (Vanessia) and Ronald Holmes (Donna); her uncles, Andrew Holmes (Donilee), Joseph Gauthier (Jeanne) and Donald Greene (Jeanne); and her nephew Brayden Curry.
She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Holmes and Paula Holmes; her brother Lee Holmes; her grandmothers, Vanessia Thomas and Donna Holmes; and her aunts and uncles, Joseph Holmes (Sandra), Jeanne Greene, Mary Mathews (Joseph) and Edward Thomas (Michele).
Donations, in lieu of flowers, can be made to St. Vincent DePaul, Otsego Conference, the Gift of Life of Michigan, or any charity of your choice in Hannah's name.
