He is survived by: his spouse Janet VanDenBerg; his children, Jenny Woelzlein (Devin) and Andrew Martin (Brandi); his grandchildren, Callen, Damen, Exander and Jackson; his brothers, Garry, Randy and Rob (Michelle); and his sisters-in-law, Betty Hotchkiss and Judy VanDenBerg.
