He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry Burd; and his son Tyler. He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Burd (Pion); his children, Daelan Burd of Camp Pendleton and Hailey Burd; and his sister Michelle Shearer of Otsego.
Contributions in memory of Gary may be directed to a scholarship fund for Hailey (checks payable to Heather Burd).
