He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lenore Leetz and Donald Miller; and his parents, Snider Miller and Ella "Doris" Miller (Stimpson). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Miller (Haynes); his daughters, Joleene Knight and Christine Terpstra (Bill); and his grandchildren, Cheryl Knight, Marcie Tiller (Rick), Erin TerMeer (Tom), Carrie Powell (Justin), Joshua, Jessica and Emily Terpstra.

Contributions in memory of Fred may be made to Centrica Care Navigators or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
