She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ballay and Stephania Ballay (Dzurnik); her husband Louis Kubin; and her brothers, Joseph, Paul and Edwin Ballay.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Garber (Milt) of Nevada, Susanne Knaus (Robert) of Florida, Emilia Rex (Doug) of Otsego and Mary Miller (John) of Otsego; her sisters, Frances Wagner and Illene Oetman; and her sister-in-law Jean Balley. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
