She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrell Burd and Louise Burd (Cowels); her husband John Newhouse; her brother Donald Burd; her brother-in-law Richard Tyler; her daughter-in-law Sarah Newhouse; and her great grandchild Anna Grace.
She is survived by: her children, David J Newhouse, Sarah Dendel (Ray) and Timothy R. Newhouse; her sister Carol Tyler; and her sister-in-law Esther Burd. She is also survived by her children, ten grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren.
