He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Patrick and Barbara Patrick (McNees). He is survived by: his spouse Cindi McNees; his children, Kayse Gale-Whitaker and Chad Patrick; his grandchildren, Breanna, Mason, Lila, William, Holden and Warren; and his siblings, Chris Allen, Roxann Goudy, Patricia Krueger, Brenda Patrick and Scott Patrick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and his dogs, Buddy.
