He is survived by: his wife Dolores Neal; his children, Dennis Cook (LuAnn) of Galesburg, David Cook (Lorie) of Otsego and Darcy Hall (Ken) of Portland; his grandchildren, Sarah Drew (Jeff), Brittney Hall, Gabriel Hall (Becky), Savanah Porter (Dalton), Michael Hall and William Cook; his great grandchildren, ZuZu, Olive and Nora; and his brother James Cook.
