She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Dale and Reva Dale (Marsh); her husband Charles E. Slone; and her sister Linda Dammon. She is survived by: her children, Kim Blake (Pat) of Lake City and Charles A. Slone (Amy) of Plainwell; her grandson Patrick S. Blake Jr. (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Jesa and Jordyn; her sister Pat Chervus (Gary); her nephew Robert Ugarte (Lisa); her great-nephew Robert Brock; her great-niece Amber Brock; her sister Mary McKenzie; her nieces, Sarah Wherry and Doris Mclemore (Wayne); her nephew Cody Wherry; her great-nephew Aaron Mclemore; her great-niece Miranda Hollis; and her close friend Barb Dudenhoefer. She is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
