He was predeceased by: his father Donald LaFountain. He is survived by: his mother Patsy LaFountain; his sister Diane; his son Derek LaFountain; his daughter-in-law Amber Richardson; and his grandchildren, Jaxson, Malakhi, Kacey and Felix LaFountain. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces & cousins.
