He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dapser and Francis Dapser (Rutovich). He is survived by: his wife Penny Mills; his children, Meg Dapser (Kayce Chaney) of Otsego and Anna Miller (Gene) of Plainwell; and his grandchildren, Ashton Walter, Hanna Miller and Molly Miller. He is also survived by his friends and family.
