He is survived by: his mother Nancy Mulder (Meert); his children, Jack Mulder of Kentwood and Grace Mulder of Kentwood; his siblings, Lori Lodge (Nick) of Connecticut and Dennis Mulder (Amy) of Plainwell; and his nieces and nephews, Heather Lodge, Lem Lodge and Ben Mulder.
