He is survived by: his sister April Head; his parents, Philip Head and Linda Head; his children, Troy Kannegieter, Dj Head, Brittany Head, Logan Tarantino and Madison Head; his grandchildren, Liam, Sophia, Silas and Ameiliana; and his siblings, Michelle, Henry Zuydwegt, Cindy, Michael King, Patricia VanBruggen, Michael Head, Christopher, Tiffany Head, Cheryle Head and Beth Klinger.
