He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Miller and Annabell Miller (Hudson); and his brother Mike Miller (June). He is survived by: his children, Marty Bennett (Jacquie), Michael Miller (Kolene) and Michelle Holmes (Michael); his grandchildren, Schyler, Grant Bennett, Carsen, Malania, Zanna Miller, Malia and Alissa Holmes; and his siblings, Bill Miller (Kathy) and Pat (Joe).
