She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ellsworth and Eva Ellsworth (Walters); her spouse Thomas Collick; her son Gerald; her daughter-in-law Elaine; and her siblings, Pearle Browne, Vera Clinton, Howard, Richard, Frank, Ray, Fred and Leon.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Collick (Linda Bettie) of Plainwell, Ron Collick (Lenna) of Otsego, Connie Bushouse (Kenneth) of Otsego and Lonnie Collick (Martha) of Plainwell; and her grandchildren, Trina of Laurie, T. J., Teresa, Amy, Kathy, Tracey, Kimberly, Casey, Robert and Rachel. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
