She is survived by: her parents, Zach Dekema and Ryann Guthrie; her siblings, Lilly and Everett; and her grandparents, Julie, David Guthrie, Stacey Dekema and Ronald Jr. Dekema (Jen Stanfield). She is also survived by great-grandparents along with several aunts, uncles, cousins.
