He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Vassau and Patricia Vassau (Luke); and his brother Craig Vassau. He is survived by: his children, Aaron J. Vassau of Indiana, Jessica Pintarelli (John) of Kalamazoo and Jamie VanBruggen (Jacob) of Plainwell; his grandchildren, Payton, London, Jalynn, Sydney, Brooklyn Jencyn and Nolyn; and his sister Brenda Vassau of Oregon.
