Goad of Otisville, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on October 15, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, W. D. Goad and Selby Goad (Benjamin). He is survived by: his wife Lila Chilner; his daughter Rachel Ray (Michael); his grandchildren, William and Guinevere; and his siblings, Jim Goad (Patricia) and Kathy Horton (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
