He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ellis Rae and Margaret Rae; his wife Julia; his children, Connie Cooper (Phillip) of Flint, Mi, Bill Rae (Kendra) of Vassar, MI and Ted Rae of Burbank, CA; his sisters, Barbara and Donna; and his great grandchild Madison Rae. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
