He is survived by: his wife Tami; his children, Casey, Katie and Keith; his stepchildren, Angela (Mike), Tessa (David) and Charlene; his grandchildren, Shelby, Holley, Savannah, Samuel, Bryce and Parker; his siblings, Lila Miller (Allen), Barton Hopkins (Joyce), Eileen Wilson, Raymond Hopkins (Marcia) and Wayne Hopkins (Gail); and his aunt Gladys Diehl.
