Garrett of Otisville, Michigan, born in Yakima, Washington, who passed away on March 8, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harvey Ellis Garrett and Anna Edna Smith; his wife Eleanor Garrett; his children, Patrick Garrett and Paula Rucks; and his stepdaughters, Louise Wiggins and Janice Buchanan. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
