He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lowell and Reba Lowell (Tabor). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Marshall; his children, Gary (Lisa Lowell), Cinnamon (Don Couch), Cari (John Swinford), Kelly (Aaron Mercer) and Charles Szeidel; and his close friends, Mike and Reva Kidd. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; best friends.
