He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith (Breckenridge); his children, Angela McConnaughhay (Mark), James Smith II and Juli Forsyth (Larry); his grandchildren, Jessica Forsyth and Kyle Newton; his sisters, Juritta Laurel (James) and Jenice "Susie" Peterson (Rick); and his grandchildren, Jake, Oliver Smith, Kane and Irene Pyonk.
