He is survived by: his children, Randy Parker and Erica McGuigan; his siblings, Peggy Oaks (Duane) and Anderson Parker; his grandchildren, Rachel, Danielle, Wyatt, Cody and Phoenix; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Nolan, Stephan Jr., Victoria, Dathan, Marley and Lincoln; and his nieces and nephews, Susan Beattie, Sarah Parker, Gregory Oaks, Jeffrey Oaks (Jody) and Shannon Parker (Crystal).
