He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarance Kinney and Connie Kinney; and his grandparents, Harold and Louise Mitchell. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Kinney and Whitney Kinney (Blake Kent); his siblings, Steve Kinney, John Kinney (Valarie), Kathy Tuttle (Kevin) and Jim Kinney; his aunt Janice Mitchell; and his close friend Gail Gauthier (Kinney).
