He is survived by: his father Michael Moyer (Kim); his sons, Lance and Dexter Moyer; his granddaughters, Faylynn and Amelia; his mother Diane Jankowiak (Hall); and his siblings, Matt Moyer and Michele Moyer-Traver. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many other loving family members and friends.
