She is survived by: her parents, Deborah Leek and Dennis Wells (Ona); her sisters, Tracy Utley, Amy Simpson (Troy) and Dianna Bice (Dan); her nieces and nephews, Jacob of John, Justin, Zachery, Matthew, Alicia, Heather and Devin; and also Victoria. She is also survived by her grandparents and brother-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.
