He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kollien and Louis Kollien (Brilinski). He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his sons, Lowell Kollien (Anna) and Kevin Kollien; his sister Norma MacKenzie (Don MacKenzie); his grandchildren, Jason (Lisa), Jonathan, Jesse (Sandi), Justin (Kayla) and Sara O'Kelly (Mike); and his sister-in-law Edith Kollien. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
