He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Szymanski and Madeline Szymanski (Ellsworth); and his brothers-in-law, Gerald Fussey, Jr., Louis Dehring and Lyle Beatty.
He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Sharpe (Thomas), Carol Beatty, Duane Szymanski (Francie) and Teresa Szymanski (Judy Horning); and his nieces and nephews, Lori Dehring (Daniel), Susan Beattie-Page (Rick), Debbi Hallahan, David Beatty (Lisa), Tamyra Brayko (Craig), Trevor Szymanski (Stephanie) and Tricia Lujambio (Ricardo).
Interment: St. Catherine Cemetery In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Catherine Catholic Church or Hospice of Michigan.
