With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard George LaBonte Sr. of Ossineke, Michigan, born in Alpena, Michigan, who passed away on June 20, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father George LaBonte; his wife Donna LaBonte; and his son Joseph Robert. He is survived by: his children, Richard LaBonte, Jr., Elizabeth (Michael Aurand), George LaBonte and Amanda McEwen (Joseph); his grandchildren, Angelina Allen (T. J.), Anthony Gibbs (Angela), Megan LaBonte (Chris), Melissa LaBonte (Ashton), Brandon LaBonte, Heather McEwen and Justin McEwen; and his sisters, Judy Lamay (David), Janet LaBonte (Doyle), Cathy McDonald (Gary) and Diane Nelson (William). He is also survived by many friends and family.
