She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Havel and Violet Havel (McDonald); her husband Leroy Schaedig; her great grandchild Grayson Schaedig; her brother Richard Havel; and her sisters-in-law, Sally and Diane Schaedig.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Weise (Roger), William "Bill" Schaedig (Tammy) and Kurt Schaedig (Sherry); her siblings-in-law, Edgar "Fox" Schaedig (Janet), Larry Schaedig, Pam Schaedig and Xenia Havel; and her grandchildren, Jordon Weise (Victoria), Jenna Weise, Tyler Schaedig (Tracie), Dalton Schaedig (Carlee Sauls), Leah Schaedig, James Schaedig (Lindsey), Daniel Schaedig and Griffin Schaedig.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church or the Alzheimer's Association in Mary's honor.
