It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Burns of Ossineke, Michigan, born in Alpena, Michigan, who passed away on June 13, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Dawn Marie Burns; his parents, Joseph Burns and Irene Burns (Rouleau); and his siblings, Precellia MacKenzie, Kenneth, Lloyd, Ernie and Joseph.
He is survived by: his wife Judy (Skiba); his children, Jim Burns (Karin) of Dexter and Melissa Burns (Nick Schellie) of Alpena; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Adrienne, Joshua, Erin and Sarah; his siblings, Phyllis Kenyon (Robert), Evelyn Alexander (Donald), Carol LaCross (Terry) and Donald Burns (Mary); and his sisters-in-law, Joan Burns and Barbara Burns.
