He is survived by: his children, Stacy Fortin of Alpena, MI and Ron Fortin of Ossineke, MI; his grandchildren, Hally Murphy, Kylie Pomerantz, Brooke Yuchacz, Bridon Fortin and Brajlyn Fortin; his sisters, Laura Bovat (Frank), Ellen Sexton and Yvonne Rossi of Mass; and his close friend Rachael McLaren.
