He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Karen Hayes, Kelley Olexa and Joey Rea; his grandchildren, Steven Olexa, Shelby Olexa, Katlyn Olexa, Karla Olexa, Greg Hayes, Taylor Rea and Kurtis Dupek; and his great grandchild Autumn Hayes.
